How do I book? Once you have decided on the package, please visit or website to make a reservation www.staugustinevisit.com. Select the preferred event date & time. We do not take reservation over the phone.

What's included in the picnic setup?
- 2 Hours Seating Time. Each Additional Hour Extra Charge. (Subject to availability).
- Set-Up & Clean-Up.
- Low-Rise Picnic Table, Table Runner, Placemats, Plates, Napkins, Utensils, Water Glasses, Wine or Champagne Glasses, Decor According to Theme, Silk Flower Arrangement, Assorted Pillows for Seating & Tatami Cushion, 1 Water Bottle Per Guest, Ice Bucket with Ice, Bose Bluetooth Speaker.
What are the picnic package options? Birthday, Proposal, Engagement, Anniversaries, Tea Parties, Girls Out, Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals Parties, Holiday Celebrations or Sunset Picnic in Saint Augustine, Florida.
What are the picnic color themes? White & Gold, Yellow, Light Peach, Pink, Red, Blue, Sage Green & Mauve Purple.
How long will my picnic last? 2 Hours Seating Time. Each additional hour $50. (Subject to availability).
Payment:
- DEPOSIT: Once your reservation is approved, you will receive a 50 % deposit payment request. A 50% deposit fee is required to confirm your date and time and deposit must be paid no later than 24 hours after your reservation is approved or your reservation will be canceled automatically.
- FINAL PAYMENT: You will receive a final payment request 96 hours before your scheduled picnic date and time. Your remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before your scheduled picnic date and time or your reservation will be canceled automatically and a 50 % DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE as our ability to fill the time has been lost. We do not set up your picnic unless the balance has been paid in full.
How far in advance do I need to book? We recommend planning as early as possible! We require a minimum of 72 hours for a booking. (Subject to availability).
Do you provide food? Our packages comes without the food. While making your reservation online you can Add-On food options, food request options must be made 48 hours prior picnic starting time.
Can I bring Food? You sure Can!
Do you provide beverage? We provide 1 water bottle per guest.
Do you serve alcohol? No, we do not. Please be aware that if you or your guests bring alcohol to the Saint Augustine Picnic, it is your responsibility to research the rules & regulations in regards to alcohol. ANY ALCOHOL RELATED LAWS / RULES ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW! Saint Augustine Picnics takes NO RESPONSIBILITY of any alcohol consumption.
Where are you located? We are located in Saint Augustine, Florida.
What areas we serve? We serve Saint Augustine, Vilano Beach, Saint Augustine South, Saint Augustine Beach, Saint Augustine Shores, Crescent Beach & Butler Beach.
Can I choose my own location? Of course! It's you Day!
Can I have my Picnic in my backyard? Yes ! We love backyard picnics.
What are my Picnic Liability? During the duration of your picnic, you are liable for any Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Equipment. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE IF ANY OF THESE OCCURS.
What happens if there is bad weather?
- ALL OUTDOORS PICNIC RESERVATIONS ARE WEATHER PERMITTING.
- If the weather conditions on the day of your picnic DO NOT PERMIT AN OUTDOOR PICNIC SAINT AUGUSTINE PICNICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE, RESCHEDULE based on availability OR CANCEL YOUR PICNIC. ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE BY SAINT AUGUSTINE PICNICS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS prior to scheduled outdoor picnic date and time will receive a refund MINUS $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE AND MINUS ADD-ONS OPTIONS INCLUDING: Food, Flower Boutique, Custom Place Cards & Rose Petals ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Add-On Foods pick up or delivery can be coordinated at the time of the cancellation.
How Many Guests Can You Accommodate? We can accommodate 2 - 10 guests.
Are we responsible for clean up? No. Saint Augustine Picnics will set up and clean up your picnic.
What time my picnic will start and end? The picnic will still start and end at the time slot originally booked. It will be at our discretion to extend this time upon request. Saint Augustine Picnics won't be obligated to prolong or extend the time. (Subject to availability).
What happens if I need to leave early? If you would like to leave your picnic early, please call us 30 mins prior to when you would like to leave, and we will return asap. Phone # 904-318-1188. No refunds if you would like to leave your picnic early.
Cancellation Policy?
- ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE BY CUSTOMER for any reason 72 HOURS OR MORE prior to scheduled picnic date and time are eligible to receive a refund MINUS $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE.
- ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE BY CUSTOMER for any reason LESS THAN 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED PICNIC DATE AND TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE as our ability to fill the time has been lost.
- ALL OUTDOOR RESERVATIONS ARE WEATHER PERMITTING. If the weather conditions on the day of your picnic DO NOT PERMIT AN OUTDOOR PICNIC SAINT AUGUSTINE PICNICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE, RESCHEDULE based on availability OR CANCEL YOUR PICNIC. How long will my proposal last? 45 Minutes proposal time at the Vilano Beach, Florida our your own location in Saint Augustine, Florida
Payment: Once your reservation is approved, you will receive payment in the full request to confirm your date and time, payment must be paid no later than 24 hours after your reservation is approved or your reservation will be canceled automatically.

- ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE BY SAINT AUGUSTINE PICNICS DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS prior to scheduled proposal date and time will receive a refund MINUS $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE AND MINUS $150 ROSE BOUQUET. Rose Bouquet pick up or delivery can be coordinated at the time of the cancellation.

- If the weather conditions on the day of your proposal DO NOT PERMIT AN OUTDOOR PROPOSAL SAINT AUGUSTINE PICNICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE, RESCHEDULE based on availability OR CANCEL YOUR PROPOSAL.
