Cancellations by the Customer:
- 7 Days or More: If you cancel your proposal 7 or more days before the scheduled date and time, you will receive a refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
- Less Than 7 Days: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date and time, you will receive a 50% refund, as the short notice limits our ability to rebook the slot.
- Proposals Booked Within 7 Days: Proposals booked within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Weather Policy:
- Outdoor proposals are weather-dependent. If conditions do not allow for an outdoor proposal, Saint Augustine Visit reserves the right to postpone, reschedule (subject to availability), or cancel the proposal.
- If Saint Augustine Visit cancels due to weather less than 24 hours before the proposal, you will receive a refund, minus a $50 administration fee and the cost of:
- Proposal Package #1: $100 (rose bouquet)
- Proposal Package #2: $200 (rose bouquet)
- Proposal Package #3: $200 (charcuterie board and rose bouquet)
You may coordinate the delivery or pickup of your bouquet in the event of a weather-related cancellation.
Late Arrivals:
- Your proposal will begin and end as scheduled, regardless of late arrivals. Extensions are at our discretion and subject to availability.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to pack up without issuing a refund. No refunds are provided for unused time.
No Shows:
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Payment Terms:
- Once your reservation is approved, to secure your date and time, the full amount will be charged to the credit card on file.
Alcohol Policy:
- If you choose to bring alcohol, it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with local regulations. Saint Augustine Visit is not liable for any alcohol-related infractions.
Liability for Proposal Setup:
- You are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the proposal. Charges will apply for any damages or missing items.
- Please do not leave your proposal setup unattended. If you wish to leave early, call us at 904-318-1188, and we will return promptly. There are no refunds for unused time.
Final Weather Consideration:
- Once a proposal is set up, it cannot be rescheduled due to weather, and no refunds will be issued.
