How to Book a Picnic: To reserve your picnic, simply visit our website at www.staugustinevisit.com and select your desired package, date, and time. Please note, we do not take reservations over the phone.

What’s Included in Your Picnic Setup:

• 2 hours of seating (additional hours available for an extra fee, based on availability)

• Full setup and clean-up

• A low-rise picnic table with a table runner, placemats, plates, napkins, utensils, and glasses for water, wine, or champagne

• Décor matching your chosen theme

• Silk flower arrangement and assorted pillows for seating with tatami cushions

• 1 water bottle per guest and an ice bucket with ice

• Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment

Available Picnic Packages: We offer a variety of picnic experiences for birthdays, anniversaries, tea parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, or sunset picnics in St. Augustine.

Theme Options: Choose from beautiful color themes including White & Gold, Yellow, Boho, Light Peach, Pink, Red, Blue, Sage Green, and Mauve Purple.

Duration: All picnics include 2 hours of seating time. Additional hours can be added for $50 per hour (subject to availability).

Payment: Once your reservation is approved, to secure your date and time, the full amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

Booking Timeline: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all reservations. Food & Drinks: While food is not included in our picnic packages, you can add food options when booking (please make food requests at least 48 hours in advance). You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We provide 1 water bottle per guest.

Alcohol: We do not provide alcohol. If you choose to bring your own, it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with local alcohol laws. Saint Augustine Visit is not responsible for any alcohol-related issues.

Locations Served: We serve St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, including Vilano Beach, St. Augustine South, St. Augustine Beach, St. Augustine Shores, Crescent Beach, and Butler Beach.

Custom Locations: You can choose your own location for your picnic, including your backyard!

Liability: During your picnic, you are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. A fee will be charged if any of these issues occur. Weather Policy: Outdoor picnics are subject to weather conditions. If the weather does not permit, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. If cancellation is necessary within 24 hours of the picnic, you will receive a refund minus a $50 administration fee and the cost of any non-refundable add-ons, such as food, flowers, or custom place cards. Add-ons can be arranged for pickup or delivery in such cases.

Guest Capacity: We can accommodate between 2 to 12 guests per picnic.

Setup and Cleanup: Saint Augustine Visit will handle the entire setup and cleanup, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

Timings: Your picnic will start and end at the originally booked time. Any requests to extend the time are subject to availability, and extensions are not guaranteed.

Leaving Early: If you need to leave your picnic early, please notify us 30 minutes in advance, and we will return as soon as possible. Note that no refunds are provided if you choose to leave early.

Cancellations Policy by the Customer:

  • 7 Days or More: If you cancel your picnic 7 or more days before the scheduled date and time, you will receive a refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
  • Less Than 7 Days: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date and time, you will receive a 50% refund, as the short notice limits our ability to rebook the slot. Picnics Booked Within 7 Days:
  • Picnics booked within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Policy: While we cannot control the weather, we will do our best to accommodate your picnic.​

  • All outdoor picnics are weather permitting.
  • If weather conditions do not allow for an outdoor picnic, we reserve the right to postpone, reschedule based on availability, or cancel the picnic.
  • Weather cancellations made by Saint Augustine Visit less than 24 hours prior to the picnic will result in a refund minus a $50 administration fee and the cost of non-refundable add-ons. You may coordinate the delivery or pickup of your add-ons in the event of a weather-related cancellation.

Final Weather Consideration: Once a picnic is set up, it cannot be rescheduled due to weather, and no refunds will be issued.​ ​

Can I choose my own location or have the proposal at home? Absolutely! We welcome backyard proposals or any location of your choice within St. Augustine.
