How to Book a Proposal: To reserve your proposal, simply visit our website at www.staugustinevisit.com and select your desired package, date, and time. Please note, we do not take reservations over the phone.

What’s Included in Your Proposal Setup:
Package #1
- 15 minutes
- “MARRY ME” sign
- 50 red roses to take home (vase not included)
- Rose petals and red carpet
- Silk flower arrangement for decor
- Bluetooth speaker
- Complete setup and cleanup
Package #2
- Approximately 20-30 minutes
- “MARRY ME” sign
- 100 red roses to take home (vase not included)
- Rose petals and red carpet
- Silk flower arrangement for decor
- “SHE SAID YES” or “HE SAID YES” wooden sign for photos
- A mini photo session with 20 edited photos
- Bluetooth speaker
- Complete setup and cleanup
How long will my proposal last?
- Package #1: 15 minutes
- Package #2: Approximately 20-30 minutes
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required for all bookings, subject to availability.
Where do we serve? We are based in Key West, Florida, and serve Smathers Beach and other locations in the Key West area. You may also select your own location for the proposal.
Can I choose my own location or have the proposal at home? Absolutely! We welcome backyard proposals or any location of your choice within Key West.
Who handles cleanup? Saint Augustine Visit is responsible for both setting up and cleaning up after your proposal, so you can focus on your special moment.
Cancellations by the Customer:
- 7 days or more before your proposal: You will receive a refund, minus a $50 administration fee.
- Less than 7 days: 50% refund, as the short notice limits our ability to rebook.
- Proposals booked within 7 days: Non-refundable.
Weather Policy: Outdoor proposals are weather-dependent.
- If conditions prevent the proposal, Saint Augustine Visit reserves the right to postpone, reschedule (based on availability), or cancel.
- If canceled due to weather within 24 hours, you will receive a refund minus a $50 admin fee and the cost of the rose bouquet. Package #1: $100 and or Package #2: $200
You may coordinate delivery or pickup of your bouquet in such cases.
Note: Once the proposal is set up, it cannot be rescheduled due to weather, and no refunds will be issued.
Timeliness and No-Shows:
- Proposal Timing: Your proposal will start and end as scheduled. If you arrive late, your proposal time will be reduced accordingly. Extensions are at our discretion and subject to availability.
- Late arrivals: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to pack up without issuing a refund.
- No-shows: Non-refundable.
Payment: Once your reservation is approved, to secure your date and time, the full amount will be charged to the credit card on file. .
Alcohol Policy: If you choose to bring alcohol, please ensure you are aware of and comply with local regulations. Saint Augustine Visit is not responsible for any alcohol-related infractions.
